This completely self-contained facility is located down a dead-end street and is very secluded. It was taken off-line about nine months ago and will not be reopening. It has been cleaned and deodorized and the electricity is still working. The City has given me the ability to offer it for controlled burn and small explosions.
There are nine exterior levels and three interior floors. The interior floors contain office space, locker space and numerous other rooms. There are numerous interior and exterior staircases.
I could go on forever but it’s easier to go through the pictures and see the wide variety of looks that are offered at this location. Yes, there is plenty of parking and catering space.
