The Garland Building
The Garland building in DTLA is now opened for filming and available exclusively through Plan A Locations.
Built in 1913 this structure is a classic example of early century Beaux Arts opulence. Originally designed by the architecture firm of Morgan, Walls and Morgan with its façade of glazed brick and terra cotta ornamentation was built to house offices as well as a vaudeville theater space.
Nine of its magnificent floors are now ready to be your location. Each floor has floor to ceiling windows, exposed brick walls and wonderful fixtures. The fifth floor has stairs leading to an outdoor sitting area as well as a glass enclosed separate room. The Penthouse has very high ceilings
