The second floor rotunda landing provides camera position for a very dramatic shot of the front door and foyer.
The second floor has a spacious master suite, including a filmable master bath. There is a media room complete with 3 large screen TV’s. This room also has a balcony that over looks the backyard. Two additional guest bedrooms are on this floor. The landing on this floor has been set up as a library complete with built in bookcases.
This backyard has it all. On a patio right outside the kitchen doors is an exterior living room arranged to accommodate the barbeque.
